Empire Design Salon & Boutique was built on a foundation of passion, family, and a deep love for beauty. Over 11 years ago, our journey began with a vision to create a welcoming space where clients could feel confident, cared for, and truly seen. Rose, the heart of our family, has been in the beauty industry since 1987, bringing decades of experience, dedication, and knowledge to every service. Her daughter Rosie followed closely behind, beginning her own journey in 1989 and continuing the legacy of excellence. In 2012, Rosie brought that vision to life by opening Empire Design Salon & Boutique in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, after moving from Miami to build a business where her family—and community—could grow together.

Proudly African-American owned, our salon is more than just a place for hair care—it is a space rooted in culture, creativity, and connection.
